Brian's wide array of experience in the outdoor industry has contributed to his expertise in the field. Brian worked at Navitat Canopy Adventures for nearly 12 years where he progressed from a tour guide to the Director of Operations. He has also guided rafting and backpacking trips and managed summer camp and wilderness therapy programs.

Brian studied Parks and Recreation Management with a concentration in Outdoor Leadership at Western Carolina University (WCU). While at WCU, he worked for the University's outdoor program and acquired his Wilderness First Responder, Swift Water Rescue and Ropes Course Facilitation Certifications.
