Holly is the Human Resources Leader at Naventure, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. She holds PHR and CSP credentials and is an active member of SHRM. Holly's distinguished career includes over 20 years with The Walt Disney Company, where she excelled in developing and managing teams at multiple theme parks, Disney Cruise Line, and Adventures by Disney. Holly has lent her expertise as a consultant and independent contractor to other top entertainment companies such as Carnival Cruise Lines and Sea World.

Growing up in a state park in New Jersey, Holly developed a deep appreciation for nature that has remained with her throughout her life. An avid traveler, she has explored landscapes across six continents and recently visited Antarctica. Holly's love for the outdoors has taken her to over 25 of the US National Parks, with a personal goal to explore all 63. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and capturing the beauty of nature through landscape photography. Her passion for the outdoors aligns perfectly with Naventure's mission, and she is excited to share her love for adventure with the company's community.
