As the General Manager of Naventure’s locations in the Ocala National Forest, Larry oversees all park managers with an innovative focus on driving performance, and developing growth strategies and metrics.

Prior to joining Naventure, Larry had a 30-year career in hotel management in which he managed 50- to 500-room properties, and was responsible for opening multiple brands and independent hotels. During his tenure, Larry enjoyed great success, winning the Radisson Hospitality Service Award, the Hilton Quality of Excellence Award in Service, and the Quality Achievement Award with Wyndham for driving Occupancy and Rate growth in his market, dominating the competition. 

Larry began his hospitality career with Palace Entertainment at Wild Waters/Silver Springs Attractions in Ocala where outdoor adventure came to life, all while pursuing a career as a Sheriff Deputy with the Marion County Sheriff Department.

He has a passion for RV life, and has demonstrated leadership in the industry as a prior member of the Florida RV Trade Association, where he has presented regionally on similarities between indoor and outdoor hospitality. 

Born and raised in Marion County, Larry is a true Floridian with vast knowledge of the area including the Ocala National Forest. His extensive experience in hospitality supports the vision and future of Naventure.
